These terms are an agreement between you and Stockholm Department AB, a company registered in Sweden, which provides PTrace. By using PTrace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use PTrace responsibly.
You may use PTrace for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe other users’ data, upload content you do not have the right to use or use PTrace to violate another person’s rights.
Your account and connections.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the AI services you connect. Review the permissions shown before approving a connection and revoke access you no longer want. You retain rights in the activity data and other content you provide. You give PTrace permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Health and training information.
PTrace provides activity records and calculations for informational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency monitoring. Do not rely on PTrace or an AI response for an emergency or as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Service availability.
PTrace may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Third-party services.
Apple, AI providers and other services you choose have their own terms and policies. PTrace is not responsible for those services or for their handling of information after you direct PTrace to share it.
Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, PTrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact.
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use PTrace after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to studio@department.se or through PTrace support.
